The co-operation and support of the parents is expected to ensure regularity and punctuality of the students in academics and other co-curricular activities of the school. Parents should see that their children prepare their lessons, do their homework regularly and take an active and genuine interest in the activities of the school.

Student's participation in co-curricular activities of the school is compulsory. Parents need to give in writing why they seek exemption from the co-curricular activities if they so desire.

For leave of absence for 1-3 days, it is sufficient to apply through the pages of the school diary. For more than 3 days, a letter from the parents/ guardians is necessary. Repeated absence or absence for more than a week without information, renders the student liable to have her name struck off the rolls. Re-admission will have to be sought.

Parents will apply in writing if their children are required home during the school hours. No pupil will leave the school premises without the permission of the Principal. They will be sent home only with their parents during the school hours.

A student returning to the school after suffering from an infectious or contagious disease should produce a doctor's certificate permitting her to join class.

Parents/guardians are not allowed to visit the classrooms or to meet teachers during the class hours.

Students should take care of the school property. They should not write or scribble on desks, chairs, walls or doors of the school. The offender must remit any damage done to the school property.

In case of any difficulty with regard to the functioning of the school or. the progress of their ward, the parents are encouraged to approach the Principal.

No office business will be transacted on holidays and after the office hours.

No exams, even the orals will be held before or after the given date. Parents are requested not to make unnecessary requests.

The school is not responsible for the goods or money lost by the students.

To facilitate the school activities for each month the classes will get over at 11.00 a.m. on the last working day.
